This book is dedicated to the Improved Package of Knox Sparkling Gelatine with its 4 convenient, ready-measured envelopes of gelatine, each making one pint of jelly.  It contains not only the latest recipes for Plain and Fancy Desserts and Salads, but also Mechanical Refrigerator recipes, dishes for Convalescents, Children's Parties and other Special Occasions.  Any recipe in this book may be divided or increased for any desired number of servings.
Booklet is in very good condition. It does have bend on lower right of front cover.   55 Pages; center-stapled with two staples; size is 4 1/4" x 6 3/8".  Contains lots of full-color pictures of the desserts and dishes.

This booklet is dated May 1936.  Includes opening letter on inside front page from Mrs. Charles B. Knox, to "Dear Housewives of America."  Includes all types of cooking info, recipes, household suggestions and much more.  47 pages, and also in very good condition.  There is a small bend at lower right of front page, and small 1/8" tear and bend on top of back page.  Paper is very thin, but booklet is in very good condition.  Center-stapled with two staples; size is 4 1/2" x 6 3/4".
I will place booklets in plastic sleeve and a piece of white foam board to protect during First Class USPS mailing in a bubble envelope.
