These are Brand New 21 Enforcer Style Wheel for all 08-19 Touring Models
They look awesome ,any glares you see on the pictures are just reflection from the sun.
Plating Process -
All of our wheels are  completely sanded smooth removing all rough casting, then get polished to a mirror shine before going thru a 5 step plating process
This wheel have just been Chrome Triple plated. They have gone thru our 5 step Plating Process here in  Southern Calif.  These are not Chinese Knock off. These are the real thing They look awesome , there in Show Quality Conditions, any glares you see on the pictures are just reflection from the sun.  They have not been install since being chrome.
