This lightweight copper-plated acrylic pepper grinder was designed by Chef Marc of Joséphine Culinaire with the home cook in mind. The luxurious copper and classic design come together to create a besutiful kitchen tool you won't want to hide in a cabinet.
Light weight and easy to use. Simply unscrew the top and fill with peppercorns. To adjust the coarseness, tighten or loosen the screw. Then turn the top to add the flavor of freshly cracked pepper to your cooking.
This classic style pepper mill measures approximately 8 inches tall with a diameter of about 2 ½ inches. It holds about 3 ounces (by volume) of peppercorns. The brilliant copper finish makes it stand out in any kitchen.
Can also be used to grind other spices such a cumin, mustard seed, corriander, etc. Not recommended for leafy herbs such as rosemary or thyme. And although you could use it for salt, please don't. Salt doesn't need to be ground.
Hand wash before using and any time you replace the contents. Be sure to allow it to dry completely. Dried spices don't like moisture.
