This came out of a brand new Eaton Pow-R-Line Switchboard SSF031436 (see the last photo in the listing), it’s the actual unit this was removed from.
This has never had power and the only reason we removed them from the panel boards is because the panel boards were made for a very specific solar location that never happen, and trying to locate a client who needs that exact panel board was near impossible, so we removed all the components including this very nice safety switch. Incidentally Radwell is currently asking 00 for this same Eaton DH364NDKWV 200A switch, and other Solar specific supply houses are asking over k
