    I was so fortunate to have come across these Kutani pieces. I've used them a few times in my old Victorian home in NJ, but they don't suite well the less formal setting here at the beach in Florida.
    The paintings of the geishas and scenery are so pretty.
    Pieces are unsigned.
    This listing includes the following:
    A serving plate that measures 8-3/8" in diameter and 1-1/8" high....almost like a very shallow bowl.
    6 plates measuring 7-1/8" in diameter a about 7/8" high.
    Condition
    :
    One smaller plate has a flea bite along the edge.
    Some loss of gilding.
    Some marks that date to when the pieces were fired....dots, defects under glaze.
    Wear to bottom, including one plate that has small chips along the ring under the plate.
