    PEUGEOT FRANCE 18” Wood Pepper Mill, Works!
    Wood has some finish wear , mostly near the bottom end.
    I did empty the peppercorns out….you add peppercorns by unscrewing the top, and pour them in the holes.
    One of the 2- screws that holds the bottom metal strap piece seems to be “stripped”, it is tightened- down. The piece is a little loose fitting, but tightens up when you put the top nut on, ….it doesn’t affect the grinder part, and it is secured to the bottom fine. The grinder turns smoothly.
