Published February 1921 by The Forum Publishing Company.
A SCARCE revolutionary pamphlet published anonymously by Will Everett an “ultra-radical” member of the Central Labor Council of Spokane.
Everett was investigated by the War Department in 1919 for his radical activities.
A special report by the War Department described him as having “neither trade nor profession, and making a living at the present time by dabbling in mines and land, and not making much success at either.
He is helping to promote and is the promoter of The Forum Publishing Company, which company is backed by the radicals of the labor movement in the inland empire and by members of the radical socialistic party I.W.W. and Bolshevik, but principally by the Nonpartizan [sic] League…”
Condition: Pages are clean and bright with faint creasing to lower corner.
Covers have light soiling around edges from handling and a small half inch water stain on lower right of the cover.
