Wheel is in good condition, it has been mounted to a tire and there was an attempt made to install the rotor and sprocket but it has never been used riding. There are mounting marks, scuffs, lots of scratches and a couple dings (see pictures for details). Fully functional, no bends, no cracks, no defects. Wheel in pictures is what you will receive. Pictures show the most significant marks but do not show every blemish. Spacers included.
